Boeing [NYSE: BA] Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reported that a quarterly dividend of thirty (30) cents per share was declared by the board of directors at its meeting yesterday.
CHICAGO – The dividend is payable June 2, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 12, 2006.
