LAS VEGAS – Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) today announced that it has commenced an offer to exchange up to $450 million aggregate principal amount of 8.625% Senior Notes due 2017, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its outstanding 8.625% Senior Notes due 2017, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the prospectus, dated June 24, 2010, and the related letter of transmittal, including any amendments or supplements thereto.
The exchange offer is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on July 23, 2010, unless otherwise extended or earlier terminated. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. has been appointed as the exchange agent for the exchange offer.
