TAM Airlines in response to the reports published about supposed deals between the Company and TRIP – Linhas Aéreas S.A. announces to shareholders and the general market that the subsidiary of TAM, TAM and TRIP have been parties to a Codeshare Agreement since May 24, 2004
São Paulo – With the aim of improving the existing Codeshare Agreement and identifying potential opportunities to strengthen and expand their operations, said companies maintain negotiations of a non-binding nature. TAM will maintain its shareholders and the general market informed of any bussiness or events that must be disclosed, in accordance with governing law.
