In addition to the scheduled flight on July 17, which leaves Doha at 1245 hrs (Qatar local time), arriving into Damascus at 1540 hrs (Syrian local time), Qatar Airways will operate a third extra flight leaving Doha at 1500 hrs (Qatar local time), arriving into Damascus at 1800 hrs (Syrian local time). The return flight is due to depart Damascus at 1900 hrs (Syrian local time) arriving in Doha at 2200 hrs (Qatar local time).

Since last Thursday (July 13) Qatar Airways has operated additional flights between Doha and Damascus and has carried more than 1,500 passengers from Damascus airport to Doha.

Due to the closure of Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Qatar Airways flights between Doha and Beirut remain cancelled. The Lebanese authorities have directed us to close our reservation office in Beirut owing to the security situation in the Lebanese capital.

Passengers booked on Qatar Airways to and from Beirut are advised to contact their local Qatar Airways office or local travel agent for further updates.
