Swiss-based Softair AG announced today that is has concluded an agreement with Singapore Airlines Cargo (SIA Cargo), a world leader in Air Cargo, for the implementation of its CARGOSPOT software as the platform for SIA Cargo’s next generation Cargo Reservations and Operations System.
The new system will provide SIA Cargo with a modern, integrated, flexible solution.
CARGOSPOT was selected after detailed study and market survey that spanned more than 3 years. “The new IT platform will position SIA Cargo to better meet the information demands of our staff, customers and business partners. SIA Cargo believes in partnering with a vendor who understands our industry; and who demonstrates commitment to continuously enhance its solution for the benefits of the community,” says Mr David Ho who heads the Business Technology Division at SIA Cargo.
