Cargologic appoints Marco Gredig as Head of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
02.07.2009 [14:20] Marco Gredig has been appointed as Head of the Sales, Marketing and Business Development unit at Cargologic from 1 July 2009. It is his goal to continue upgrading customer services and to add impetus to the company's intensive customer and business development activities. He and his team have overall responsibility for customer relations.
Marco Gredig, 41, is a proven expert in the airfreight sector and has over 20 years' experience in the field of logistics. He was responsible for setting up the Forwarder Handling business at Cargologic. His experience and capabilities make him the ideal person to take on this newly created key position.
"Customers' needs are of central importance to us. They spur us on as we look to expand the range of services we provide each day. Our position in the market is based on permanent close contact to our customers," says Marco Gredig.
In a bid to improve cost-efficiency, a further change will see CFS (Cargologic Freight Services AG) merge with Cargologic AG as of January 2010. More information will follow on this matter as soon as a definite timetable has been established.
